THE RENTAL INCLUDES: One-way transfer from Faro Airport to the villa on arrival (for rental periods of 1 week or more) Welcome pack of provisions on arrival Maid Service (except Sunday and public holidays) Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels The rental also includes use of the Cerro Grande Swimming PoolAdditional days or periods of less than one week are calculated on a daily basis Cots and high chairs are available for hire Car hire from Faro Airport can also be arranged * An additional supplement of £25 per week is charged from 1st November to 28th February, which is offset against above-average consumption of electricity, based on meter readings at the beginning and end of your holiday. Depending on your level of consumption, this may be fully or partly refunded at the end of your stay. A 30% non-returnable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment in full at the time of booking is required for holidays booked at less than 6 weeks’ notice.
